THE COMMISSION PROCESS

• High resolution photos to be supplied by the client, the quality of which will determine the quality of the final  painting. Images should be no less than 1mb in size. Close up images required for detail.
• Time to discuss your ideas and preferences  with Helen to help you decide on design, size and background 
• Please give your feedback as work  progresses. A schedule will be decided allowing you to receive regular emails of the work as it develops.
• Pentland Ross Art requires a 10% deposit on all paintings, with final payment when you are happy with completion. Payment can be made by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Certified Cheque, and Postal Orders
• We are happy to ship anywhere but costs of this vary enormously depending on size and destination so please discuss prior to ordering
